50% Deposit upon confirmation-50% Prior to delivery or upon of letter of undertaking from the finance.Deposit paid is valid for 3 mth.
Cancellation Fee:
Should there be any order cancelled, the initial payment 50% of Grand Total Sum will be forfeited.
Delivery:
Ex-stock subject to prior sales or eight to ten working weeks upon receipt of deposit and letter of undertaking from finance.We require two to three working days to arrange for delivery.
Warranty:
One (1) Year warranty (New) or six (6) month for second hand machine against manufacturer's defect in materials or workmanship from the date of handling over of equipment except for non-durable parts normally requiring replacement due to normal wear and tear including items like electrical and pneumatic components. Glokaliber Resources supply the labor warranty for a period of six (6) month FREE (Note: Steam Iron/Boiler /Suction Board warranty period is 6 month only).

Installation:
Electrical wiring and plumbing work and concrete base for front load washer extractor shall borne by the customer. Glokaliber Resources will be responsible only for the installation and commissioning.
